Apple Cider Vinegar Sore Throat Gargle Recipe

When you are looking to create a great sore throat remedy, your main ingredient should be raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is like nature’s duck tape. Apple cider vinegar is great for weight loss, lowering cholesterol, head lice, digestive issues, head lice, and much more.

I am still in the process of recovering from the flu so I had to make this gargle for myself. My throat felt like I swallowed knives and nails. To get rid of your sore throat mix the following ingredients.

  • 8oz of water
  • 1 tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
Gargle one tablespoon of the mixture for 2 minutes and spit it out. Wait 2 minutes and gargle another tablespoon. In about 1-2 hours you will notice a difference.
