JobDetails: I am at present in the final stages of writing a legal textbook on the subject of a major internationally used form of construction contract. It is likely to be about 400 pages of print. Although a previous edition was published by a major UK publisher, our law firm has a well established distribution business for legal publications and we think we can organise distribution effectively. We are therefore considering self-publishing. What I need therefore is someone who can do the editing job to make it fit for publishing and then set it up ready for printing. I am not sure if there is one person who can do both, so responses from people who can do one but not the other would be welcome. Ditto response from anyone who has experience in distribution (world-wide!)would be welcome.

CompanyDetails: I am an NZ born lawyer now working in France on international construction law matters in Central Asia and Africa. I am a consultant to a UK law firm that specializes in this sort of work. The firm also has a separate business selling on-line copies of one of the major international contract forms and running seminars about it.
