The Consumer Affairs Representative is responsible for effective resolution of consumer contacts via phone, letter, fax or email. Individuals in this role will interface with consumers, customers, outside agencies and other call center representatives and/or ConAgra Foods departments in solving day-to-day problems and to collect information, which aids in decision-making. Representatives will identify and communicate trends in consumer contacts to internal customers and departments within ConAgra Foods.
